All pkr234 users must be aged 21 or older. Registration is only permitted for individuals with full legal capacity to enter binding agreements. pkr234 enforces strict KYC procedures and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
pkr234 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. pkr234 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiry periods. Bonus abuse, including collusion or exploit-based wagering, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

pkr234 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pkr234's discretion, and current available options are displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pkr234 account upon confirmed receipt of funds. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform cashier at the time of transaction. pkr234 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr234 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
pkr234 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.
General Bonus Conditions:

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pkr234 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, pkr234's decision regarding the outcome of affected rounds shall be final. pkr234 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside of its reasonable control.
For sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, and other events, pkr234 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined threshold, or where odds were published in error due to a technical fault. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr234 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr234 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pkr234 content.
Any unauthorised use of pkr234's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr234 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkr234 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
pkr234's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkr234 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur, and pkr234 will use reasonable efforts to minimise their impact and duration.
pkr234 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pkr234 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including real money funds where such funds are directly connected to the prohibited conduct. In cases where account closure is not related to player misconduct, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.
pkr234 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. The Compliance Department will conduct an independent review and provide a final written response within fourteen business days of receipt of the escalated complaint.
pkr234's decision following the formal complaint process shall be final and binding in respect of disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus terms interpretation, and account management decisions made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a pkr234 player — pkr234 will provide reasonable notice of the changes via the email address registered to your account and/or via a prominent platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Non-material changes, including editorial corrections, clarifications, and formatting adjustments, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect any change, whether material or non-material.
Your continued use of the pkr234 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes and claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr234 holds its operating licence.
Nothing in this clause shall limit pkr234's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
